It’s almost Monday and I’m not overly excited about that. I’ve been having the most relaxing weekend- a lot of laying around, sleeping and baking. I’m definitely not ready for the realities that Mondays bring but at least I’ve got some delicious recipes to try out over the week. That’s right, it’s time for 5-Ingredient Mondays! So basically anything that is likely to be found in most peoples kitchen/pantry does not count as an ingredient, neither do optional ingredients. Examples of kitchen/pantry staples may include spices, baking soda, baking powder, milk/non-dairy milk, oils, etc.
- Recipe must be gluten-free. Bonus for recipes that are also dairy-free and double bonus for plant-based recipes.
